More Tattered Angels Projects, Using Glimmer Mist & Glimmer Screens

Posted by scrapbook on November 20, 2009 under Embellishments, Idea, Page Idea, Tools, layout | Be the First to Comment

I thought i might give a few more project ideas , as well as an FAQ video for those of you who already use Glimmer mists. I think these projects help show how versatile this product is and how you don’t only have to use it for scrapbooking. While making a Halloween wreath this year, Heather was having a difficult time finding fake black roses, so instead of doing with out, or spending way too much money on them, she bought some fake white roses and sprayed them with Raven Glimmer Mist and created her own black roses. This is just one idea of how glimmer mists can work for any project you might have!!

Enjoy! Kaitlyn

Why not take a day and create a page of your own wants, dreams, and the things that just make you smile! Sometimes that most fun pages to create are the ones about yourself! I love the flower accents! And the use of the small photos :) They are my new favorite page accessory! Enjoy everyone :)

How pretty is this layout!? The colors are gorgeous, and the photograph is just too cute!! I think that the colors go perfectly with the picture. They bring out the gorgeous leaves and the essence of fall. I also love the technique the designer used to cut out the flowers, and puting buttons on a few of the extra flowers. Completed Layout

Enjoy fellow scrapbookers :)

Pinknoteworthy Heres another Making Memories layout!

This layout is super cute, and uses almost Making Memories supplies. It was fast and easy but turned out super cute! We used the GARDEN PARTY line from MAKING MEMORIES.

And Heres how to make it!

  1. Adhere two photos to the top portion of artisan die-cut paper.
  2. Punch large and small GROMMETS through the dots of paper. Use a black pen to outline the inside of the grommets. Then use the pen to journal in the grommets.
  3. Adhere ½” x 12″ glitter dots paper on Page using staples.
  4. Use tag curler to attach one epoxy curling tag to white eyelet lace. Adhere over glitter dots paper strip.
  5. Use glitter die-cuts to embellish.
  6. Use a black pen for journaling.

And then enjoy!! Cute right!?!
